A) Premium Services for Subscribers

A 1) Presentations

A 1.1) Presenting a company profile

Presenting a company profile gives the opportunity to showcase the scope of business operations and achievements of the company, in particular to its potential trading partners as well as professionals and the general public. The service fee includes the design and production of your company’s multimedia web presentation. All you need to do to have your company’s presentation is to provide us with electronic documentation about your business and its operations or with the consent to retrieve the information you are going to publish about your company from your corporate website. The service gives you an option to extend your presentation with PR articles from the press, own references regarding your best contractors, current news from your company, additional images, videos, text etc. Your web presentation at the CPM portal will be updated free of charge by our administrators immediately after you provide us with the latest information about the changes and developments in your company. A company profile may be presented in the following sections:

INVESTORS, i.e. developers, financial investors, real estate companies, PPP, REIT’s, funds, private investors etc.
TRADING PARTNERS OF INVESTORS– e.g. architects, designers, land surveyors, utility providers, structural engineers, advisors, transport providers, forwarders, logistics companies, associations, professional associations, real estate agencies, facility management and other businesses involved in the real estate sector.
FINANCIAL AND INSURANCE SERVICES FOR PROPERTY and its construction – banks, building societies, insurance companies, mortgage banks, property leasing companies, financial and investment funds.
SERVICES FOR INVESTORS – accommodation, transport, leisure, schools, restaurants, services, information etc.

Depending on the subscriber’s range of operations, the profile may appear simultaneously in multiple sections.

A 1.2) Presenting constructions projects of companies (Project gallery)

Most CPM users, be they from the B2B sector, professionals or the general public, are keen to know about current or upcoming construction projects in their area. Take advantage of their interest and use the portal to effectively showcase the best of your previous or planned construction projects. The projects you want to present to the public may appear in the following subsections: Housing, Commercial Premises, Leisure Time Facilities, Multifunction Complexes of Buildings, or Historical buildings. More detailed classification is also available, allowing to search for and view buildings by their current status, i.e. Completed, Under construction, or Planned.

Only subscribers can present their construction projects at the portal and we recommend using the service for the sections Investors and Trading partners of contractors – building contractors.

A 1.3) Presenting an investment opportunity

If your company owns property suitable for investment and is seeking to sell or let it, the property may be offered to prospective buyers within the Premium service subscription. The structure of the portal database Offer of investment opportunities allows you to give an exact description of your property to the prospective investors.

A 1.4) Offer of new residential housing and commercial premises

If you are selling or letting new flats, houses or commercial premises in newly completed buildings, the subscription allows you to attract prospective buyers/tenants with presentations in the relevant sections of the CPM portal.

A 2) Interactive services in the Marketplace section

A 2.1) Retrieval from the ‘Investment Opportuinities Database’

We provide detailed structured database, which contains a continuously updated list of the hundreds of real-estates owned by the municipalities, regional authorities, churches, state and/or individual owners, located in the Czech Republic, which are ready for investing.
If you search for a real-estate to be invested in, we can quickly retrieve and deliver you all investment offerings (lands, buildings, land & buildings), which match to your criteria as much as possible.

A 2.2) Access to the ‘Analyses, trends, statistics’ in the Czech real estate sector’ section

The section content is provided and updated by our partners – professionals from various areas of the property market, construction industry, construction law, taxes and accounting.

A 2.3) Placing requests for investment opportunities (‘looking for property for investment’)

If searching the investment opportunities database returns no results that match your investment preferences, you may place a specific request for property at the portal and expect a new offer from owners (portal users).

A 2.4) Placing requests for contractors (‘looking for a contractor’)

If looking for new contractors for work, services, material, utilities etc., simply contact our administrators and let them know what sort of company you are looking for and what your expectations are. We will then place your request in the appropriate section of the portal.

A 2.5) Publishing your PR articles: have you completed a project? Are you starting a new one?

Have you issued a press release and wish to publish it through additional channels? Make sure to use the CPM portal to inform both professionals and the general public that tends to be highly interested in construction projects close to them. We will be pleased to publish your article in the ‘Latest News’ section on the portal homepage and will automatically add it to the profile of your company in the relevant section of the portal as well as to your project covered by the article.

A 2.6) Updating the Calendar with information about your corporate events

Information about or an invitation to any real estate related event that you organise may be uploaded to the portal. All you need to do is to email details about the event to our portal administrators.

A 3) Information service

A 3.1) Notification of latest offers of investment opportunities

If we, actually, do not have a property, which satisfies your criteria in our database, we shall match your demands with all newly incoming offerings and shall notify you of the positive results by an e-mail.

A 3.2) Notification of requests for contractors

You may choose to be notified by email of requests for contractors for work, services or material that match your company’s operations.

A 3.3) Notification of PR articles

We consistently monitor a variety of available resources for information concerning the real estate sector. If a new article about your company appears in the press, we will publish it in the ‘Current News’ section of the portal, add it to your company’s profile and send a link to the article to your mail box if you require.

A 3.4) Delivering news from the ‘Trends, analyses, statistics’ section

You may choose to receive by email all new information published at the portal about trends, analyses or statistics in the real estate sector.

A 3.5) Delivering news from the ‘Current News’ section

If interested, you may receive by email the new articles published in the ‘Current News’ portal section.

The information services are available only to subscribers and may be ordered by sending an email to our portal administrators.

B) Individually Paid Services (outside the subscription)

B 1.1) Offer of an investment opportunity

If your company owns property suitable for investment, you may use this paid service to present the offer at the portal. The structure of the portal database Offer of investment opportunities allows you to give an exact description of the property to prospective investors.

B 1.2) Offer of new residential housing or commercial premises

If you are selling or letting flats and/or commercial premises in newly completed buildings, you may attract prospective buyers/tenants with presentations in the relevant sections of the CPM portal.

B 2) Selection of real-estate to invest

We shall retrieve the best matching real-estate offerings from our database of investment opportunities for you.

C) Premium-Charged Services

C 1) Priority listing

Your presentation may be given a priority listing on the portal homepage or within the relevant portal section. Priority listing within the relevant portal section means that the presentation will appear on the homepage or among the first five TOP positions in the section. These listings will rotate every time the page loads. The priority presentation will also appear in an overview of content within the given section. Presentations without a priority listing are shown at the portal in alphabetical order.
