Liberec - Forum

The city of Liberec with over 100,000 inhabitants belongs to the oldest and most important centres of North Bohemia in the Czech Republic. It is the administrative, cultural and industrial centre of the region. The total catchment area is approximately 450,000 people. Liberec attracts a lot of regional and international visitors due to the fact, that Liberec is the starting point of all winter and summer holiday activities in Jizerské Mountain. Its influence stretches over the borders of the region as far as those from Poland and Saxony.

Forum Liberec is located in the centre of the city close to Soukenné Square, and is connected to the central historical area. The project will complete the city structure and blend in with its architecture. It will add new life to the inner city district with shops, culture and leisure. The centre is expected to attract a large number of visitors thanks to the public transportation terminal close to the project, ensuring connection to Jablonec nad Nisou.

The combination of entertainment, retail, restaurants, bars and sport will extend opening hours and stimulate nightlife of the city. Forum Liberec will comprise a hypermarket, offices, leisure, apartments and more than 140 commercial units, as well as a large modern parking garage.

Opening of phase I is scheduled for the 1Q 2009.
